1. Who we are
DELIYA Jewelry (https://deliyajewelry.com) is run by Kostiantyn Denysov, Ukrainian sole proprietor (FOP).

Our jewelry is handmade and ships from Romania. We communicate by email only.
2. Scope
These terms apply to every order placed on https://deliyajewelry.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read them. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
3. Our products
Every piece is made by hand in small quantities, often as a single item. Small differences from the photos in color, bead pattern or size are part of handmade work and are not a defect. We describe materials, size and care for each piece on its page.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are the final prices for the items. Shipping costs depend on the destination and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment is made through PayPal — with a PayPal account or with a debit or credit card. We never see or store your card details.
5. How a contract is made
The product pages are an invitation to order. When you complete payment, you make an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation by email.
Because most pieces are one of a kind, in rare cases a piece may sell out at the same moment. If that happens, you are not charged, or we refund you in full straight away.
6. Delivery
We ship in-stock pieces within 1–3 business days after payment, with tracking. We currently deliver to the countries listed on our Shipping page, together with delivery times and costs. The risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you.
7. Right of withdrawal (returns)
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. How it works, the costs and the withdrawal form are on our Returns page.
8. Legal guarantee
You have the statutory guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. It covers defects that existed when the piece was delivered — for example a faulty clasp or a piece that is not as described. If that happens, email us with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund it, and cover the return shipping.
Our pieces are fashion jewelry made of beads, crystals and plated metal. The following are normal wear, not defects: gradual fading or darkening of plating and color, stretching of elastic cord, scratches, and damage caused by water, perfume, cosmetics, pulling or improper storage. Lost pieces are not covered. See the care notes on each product page.
9. Questions and complaints
Please write to deliyajewelry@gmail.com first — we reply within 1–2 business days. If we cannot solve a problem together, you can contact the consumer protection authority or a consumer dispute resolution body in your country.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
11. Language
The contract is concluded in English. We keep your order details; you receive them by email after payment.
