Delivery times are estimates after dispatch and can be longer during holidays. Shipping to other countries is coming later — write to us if you'd like a piece sent elsewhere.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you the tracking number. You can also see it on your order page — the link is in your confirmation email.
Customs and taxes
Orders within the European Union ship from Romania, so there are no customs fees or import duties.
Address and lost parcels
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we will contact you to send it again; the new shipping cost is paid by you. If a parcel is lost on its way, write to us — we will find a solution.
