Changed your mind? You can return any piece within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed.
How to return
- Within 14 days from the day you received the order, email us at deliyajewelry@gmail.com with your order number and the pieces you want to return. You can use the form below, but a simple message is enough.
- We reply within 2 business days with the return address.
- Send the pieces back within 14 days after you told us. We recommend a tracked service.
Condition
Please return pieces unworn, in their original packaging if possible. You may look at and try on a piece as you would in a shop. If a piece shows wear or damage beyond that, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.
Costs
You pay the cost of sending the return. If a piece arrived damaged, defective or not as ordered, we cover the return shipping — just email us first with photos.
Refund
We refund the price of the returned pieces and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal message. We may wait until we receive the pieces or proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. The refund goes to the payment method you used (PayPal or card), at no extra cost to you.

Legal guarantee
Separately from the right of withdrawal, you have a 2-year statutory guarantee for defects that existed at delivery. See section 8 of our Terms of Sale.
